Johns Developments was founded in 1998 by John Barrett, a time-served joiner who believed building work should be straightforward: quote fairly, turn up when you say you will, and leave every site cleaner than you found it.
Today John runs the firm with his sons Michael and Tom, alongside a trusted team of trades we've worked with for over a decade. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and word of mouth — and we like it that way.
Every project gets a dedicated project manager, a written schedule, and a single fixed quote before we start.
